The Hogan Assessment process was inspired by the USA Civil Rights Act of 1964. It provides a nondiscriminatory personality assessment that allows employers to eliminate potential bias based on gender, ethnicity, and race as part of the selection process. Hogan 360°
The Hogan 360° is a comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool that provides insight into how individuals are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others. It offers constructive feedback while setting priorities for continued individual growth and improvement.

Team Report
The Team Report allows employers to understand team roles based on personality and values, pinpoint team derailers and barriers to success, highlight team culture and foundation for goal alignment, and explore individual scores as a critical component to the whole.
